Terms of Business
- I charge £30.00 per hour and will provide you with a written estimate prior to beginning work on your project.
- I can meet you in person or discuss your project over the telephone or by email, whatever you prefer.
- In my written estimate, I will give you a submission date for the first draft – please remember to advise me of your deadline date!
- I require written acceptance of my quotation (an email will suffice) prior to beginning work.
- Revisions and corrections are charged subject to the level of alteration from the original brief and are agreed prior to commencement of the second draft.
- Although every effort is made to supply the most accurate work possible, responsibility for final proof-reading lies with the client.
- My payment terms are 7 days from date of invoice – via cash, cheque or BACS transfer.
- Copyright passes to you upon full payment of my final invoice. I reserve the right to use copies of the work for promotional purposes.
- Unlike other freelance copywriters, I do not demand a portion of my fee upfront. However, should you cancel the job following approval of my estimate, 50% of the agreed fee will be charged and I will retain copyright of any work undertaken.
